Haven’t made a journal post in the past couple days but still tracking everything I eat. And it’s easier and easier to not over eat my stomach literally won’t let me eat as much as I use to my calories are averaging around 1300 a week and I’ve almost lost 20 pounds since I started my FS page been going to the gym a few times a week as well to try and get fit while I’m loosing weight I keep hearing people say that weight loss is in the kitchen and fitness is in the gym/exercise so I’m not going to the gym for weight loss purposes but to work on cardio, endurance and strength good luck to all your health journeys
