fat 39.4% thank God I resisted buying that gooey pizza from Champs yesterday! I had been craving it for about 2 days and yesterday I was very vulnerable, what with rehearsals and a really bad day dealing with rotten eggs and other pests. However, I knew I had to prepare for coming home from gym... so I made broccoli soup, toasted a brown pitta and spread it with half a fresh goat cheese. Made a tea with plant based cream.... and for the first time in a long while, slept like a baby🙂
