I started a second job and it involves driving. Well I worry about how to keep my progress as either 1. I get too overwhelmed and lay around on my free time, or 2. I won't make time to exercise. 🤔 A one in the same worry. Typing about it helps. I will definitely be mindful of proper stretches as I can't afford to become stiff. ⛽🚦
