I am back I guess I should say. I had back fusion the beginning of September I lost 1 pound since surgery. I am on a road of recovery and praying to get some exercise once my physical therapy starts. my goal was to have 65 pounds off by surgery well I had 51 off not bad so now I have 13 pounds to go to meet my goal. Back in the counting train for me lol. I hope everyone has a great Monday and week ahead!
