Didnt use the food diary yesterday. Kept a mental note during the day(1800kcal) then had a pig out last night= Half a packet of licorice, some skittles and stardust. crispy coated nuts, 3 bowls of cereal. 3 slices of toast with jam and honey, 2 packets of jerky. 5 chocolate rice cakes(delicious and defo a good cheat snack for future).
