Still up. I refuse to take Lasix daily. It’s horrible drug. It also works best every other day. Still eating around 1000-1300 calories max and eating properly. I’ll walk more and I have sone more exercise. I dang walk far. Life! Habe a gorgeous day!

hate lasix too. My doctor recommend coffee as diuretic. it doesn't keep me awake (opposite actually) and it does work. 3 - 5 cups per day.

Lemon juice in your water/tea is a wonderful natural diuretic.

seems like it makes you pee a whole lot if you take it every other day. maybe a lower dose daily?

Thabk you for your support. Yes, it’s supposed to make you pee and loose the water. I use lemon and water, but I prefer ginger tea. The lemon bothers my stomach. I do a lot of home remedies. Have a great night!
