Happy birtHday to me! What a great birthday çift I am giving myself. :-) I now have lost a total of 20:4 lbs and am under the 240 # Mark! I have been feeling a bit under the weather this week, but have been trying to continue making good food choices! I am really doing this and am more confident every Day that I CAN.and WILL do This! I am feeling better than I was and I'm looking forward to dinner out tonight with my family. :-D. Have a great day All!
