Today I pulled on a pair of jeans that are cut small for their size. Honestly I got them out to see how far I could get them on. To my surprise I am wearing them! I wore them last November. As my signature reflects I had gotten to Onderland in September and then slipped into food as comfort to deal with the loss of my Grandmother. Anyway, that will not happen again. I am here to stay and this is my lifestyle. I might slip up sometimes but it is not worth my health or well-being. So these jeans are here to stay. OH and I noticed that my Large t-shirt is fitting much more loosely on me now :) So Non Scale Victories!!
