I prefer the diet where your weight only goes down.
I'm not surprised that I didn't lose weight this week. I followed my eating plan, but the increase in calories is probably the reason. Hopefully, my metabolism will increase and I'll see better results next week.
I don't know if it's a result of an increase in metabolism, but I felt incredibly strong at the gym. On the stationary bike I broke 12.3 kilometers in 30 minutes without even realizing it. My previous record was 12.0 km. I felt strong on the weights as well.
