Woah...I wasn't really expecting a drop today, but there it was! 217.4! 2 lbs for the week. Lowest my weight has been in more than two years. That feels pretty good. Busy day today, as I'm supposed to go wait at the hospital during my friend's surgery. Not sure what lunch will be, as it will likely be in the hospital cafeteria. Planning to have turkey italian sausage for dinner. Everything still on course...

Congrats!!! I KNOW it felt good to see the number on the scale this morning!! Those unexpected drops are the BEST!! Be good to yourself today, while at the hospital. I hope all goes well with your friend's surgery. You have now entered a new "phase" in your journey .... no longer making up for the "past." Stay the course!!

Thanks! It did feel pretty good. lol My friend is doing okay...procedure went well, was over pretty quickly, and she was talking and socializing when I left. Seemed to be feeling pretty well, all things considered.
