ok so this is my first day, when it comes to fitness, i seem to be on a good road, i actually enjoy exercising and have a great love for fitness. havent done solid workouts in ages because of exam season and pure laziness but i feel i have come to like it.
food! is the enemy. my nutrition is a bitch! its better than it was a year ago and before that but it is still what undoes my hard work...outs. but hopefully this will help me.
