I was very sick yesterday and I would not recommend that as a diet plan. All the stress is messing up my stomach. I'd did eat my fruit yesterday and today, trying for a semblance of normal. I have a tree trimming guy here that needs to talk to me every 15 minutes and I had some contractors here to fix the toilet.
I have been stress smoking and stress eating, and that needs to calm down soon. I had a nice bath last night with a glass of wine which kept me from eating or smoking for at least a lttle while.

Good grief! I wouldn't recommend getting sick either or losing over 10 lbs a week. As much as I want to keep losing, that is too extreme. You really need to find something that helps you destress on a long term basis.

it is difficult, with the smoking, i get it. but you will really need to find the alternative habit to do when you are in those tough spots. you can do it. it is hard, but definitely do-able. good drop in weight!

I think that maybe trying to quit smoking and dieting at the same time would be just too much. I think you should pick one, being careful not to compensate in the other. I'm glad you're eating fruit. Don't see it as abstaining as more trying to replace with better foods. Best of luck, and don't give up! You'll find your way! You're still experimenting what works for you.

Hope you feel better and find some relief with your stress. It's not easy juggling two addictions at the same time. Maybe some support groups could help you smooth things out.
