Wow, only a 4hr window to eat sounds hard. Is this window during a work shift?

it is and actually more doable during a 12 hour work shift only bc i wake up around 4, exercise and by 9-10 i’m hungry, it does make me a lot more aware what i put in my body bc i don’t want empty calories with no nutrition. i usually open the window with a yogurt and some fruit or hummus and veggies. eat a normal dinner. tonight was sweet potato, pork loin and green beans and then close the window with a sweet treat. I stay so busy i don’t think about eating again. The trick i learned was a clean fast by only drinking water and coffee in between. i have days that i open my window early and have a longer window especially on the weekends. home is harder bc i get more “snackie”.
