ok so i haven't been on the diet for a while but my husband and i both are going to give it a try this time... started Monday July 23, 2007 so i am litte bit late on writing and weighing in but i put what my weight was on monday am at 7:30 when i first got up... this is the most heavest i have ever been so i have to loose something...
