I am feeling great today. A total of 79 lbs lost. A little under 26 lbs to go to reach my initial goal and all the closer to my final goal of 180 lbs. It has been a long journey but I am feeling better each day with more energy. I am a far cry from the person that weighed over 300 lbs when I found FS. Thank you everyone for the support and for the stories you have shared.

Wow...astounding commitment ...I am in a 12 step program for weight loss..I know what kind of effort this takes...Overeaters Anonymous helps with this kind of profound weight loss and life time support if anyone is interested... meetings can be found at OA.org its free and there is a spiritual component that is non religious that appeals to many....
