Hello and and Happy Sunday FS!
First off, Merry Christmas! May this day be blessed!
My weight is holding steady. I’m amazed that I haven’t done a big weight jump as I have been eating most everything but I’ve also been busy and getting 10,000 steps in or more a day. Also, I don’t think I eat the way I use to. I may take some or try it but it’s not like I go in for seconds or just gorge myself. Just savor the bites.
