Weight went up a pound but that is not getting me down. I tried on a dress that I could not fit into this time last year and it was an easy fit so I am considering my workouts working. I have a goal weight that I want to reach and I have know that I have to dedicate more time to workout from this day going forward. One hour of bike riding a day is not enough to help me reach goal weight. Thanksgiving is around the corner and I have been baking sweet potato pies like an assembly line. (No I have not been eating the pies, great test of will power. I have an official taste tester who will give me accurate gauge on filling.) This year will be cooking B. Smith Jerk Roasted Turkey it takes three days of marinating before cooking. It smells so good and it's still in the refrigerator. I am doing much better than last year at this time as I have been saying "NO" to every sweet treat and I love chocolate but not missing it nor am I craving it. I have fatsecret to thank for my progress thus far, because reading others journals and supporting others has helped me. Thank You all and this is something that I will add to my gratitude bowl this year.

NICE work :) great stuff :) loving that u can fit into ur dress and that will power is amazing :) looking forward to the day my willpower will be that strong , im getting there slowly, not supposed to have bread but i over splt for work and didnt have breakfast so got me a rye sandwich over here, better rye than white so thats a plus atleast
