Hello and Happy New Year FS!
May 2023 be the year we achieve our goals and live comfortable in our own skin! I did reach my weight goal in 2022 and attained a healthy BMI but I’m still vulnerable and at a wobble baby, wobble baby stage. My scale says my weight is stable. I know I need to include exercise more and, in fact, my son got me a set of resistance bands for Christmas. I have even gone out to YouTube and worked out with a video…shocking for me, I know, but I did enjoy it!
I am up a tad. My eating has been off as I am still fighting the crud. Back to Urgent Care yesterday and now have an inhaler and antibiotics as well as over the counter meds. So, that means, I don’t get to spend New Years Eve with my granddaughter 💕😢 Hoping I feel better tomorrow so I can spend time with her. 🤞🏻🙏
So, we’ve also been without WIFI this week. Not sure what the issue was but they came out yesterday. My scale saved my daily weight. Yesterday, I was 133.9 but this morning 135.2. I can’t say I ate bad as I don’t have much of an appetite but I did have some ham. Made a pot of bean soup with ham today so that is the end of the ham. Tomorrow is my traditional pork and sauerkraut. 😁
