I am dedicated to making a change this New Year. I have been dealing with many family issues the past 2 years and just couldn't get on track with eating healthy and exercising. My goal was to lose 30 pounds, but that has increased to 40 pounds. Basically, I gained 10 pounds in 9 months. I hope everyone has successfully journey.
