Made it through the holidays and travel. Ended up lossing a couple pounds. Most.of the time I was shoving snow and snowboarding for my excercises. Did not get my step goal in but had full body workouts.

Did the best meal planning I could. had a few meals with higher then normal fat but responded well to the change.

Back to the treadmill today and had a great workout. Ready to start 2023 with my new healthy eating.
