Gutted, I thought it would be more, my daughters in hospital 90 mins on the bus away so iv left for work at 5.30am n had my breakfast at work eggs bacon n tomato, finished work gone to see her n got home around 9pm n just had a sandwich hardly eaten anything n lost 1lb, xx

Hello Heatherboardman, I see your weight as a bit to go but come on you can do this we are all behind you chin up and carry on. It was only last week I wanted to give up altogether, but now I am glad I haven't. So together we will do this. You need a bit of encouragement so I am right here. Keep on going girl it's in the bag. She has colitis, whole new diet its been difficult, no wheat, gluten, dairy, sugar, or carbs as in skins. Its settling for now and hopefully itl not turn into chrones, she's lost quiet a bit of weight herself so that's the upside, thanks for asking xx
