Been out of town, so haven't weighed in the past two weeks. I'm losing slowly, but that's okay. It means I'm close to my goal...now less than 10 lb. away. Ate more than I usually do over Thanksgiving, and richer foods, and I paid for it by being nauseous the rest of the day and into the night. Back to my regular diet and feel much better. Now I'm eating anywhere from 800 to 1100 calories a day. Don't think that's going to change since it's been a year since the surgery. Feeling good!
