Woo-hoo, it's been a loooonnnggg week but I 'finally' broke the 159/160 teeter! Yesterday I did have a very low calorie day at about 900 calories (mostly by accident, had a dentist appt. for a few crowns so that cut out lunch). I still did my 2 mile walk prior to. So I think both helped. I still expect some minor ups and downs, but I'm going to continue to stick with it. We all need those occasional 'pay days' to keep us going, and this is mine. Hope you are staying steady and sticking with your plan for your eventual pay day!
