This was totally expected, I’ve been slacking on the exercise and doing more snacking. Even if it’s healthy food it’s still adding to my calorie count. Plus I usually save my drinking for the weekend but had a few this week and I know that didn’t help, I’m going out to dinner for a friends birthday tonight and then tomorrow I’ll be back on the grind!
