Fighting with this next pound. Up, then down. It's funny how the last few pounds have been like this! Happy Sun. A birthday party and a baby shower, a little cake, a little salad, no alcohol (although it was tempting). Dry Jan. ends soon, next week I can have a nice drinky poo - woo-hoo! It hasn't really been that tough, just an occasional like last night when we went out I thought, 'a glass of wine would be really nice right now'. Next week if I have that thought, I will have one! (But I will still count those calories)!
