Thanks Red! It has been difficult to make myself get out in the weather,even when knowing I can do my walk in doors somewhere.But I figured out that altho' I may feel like I'm dragging myself out,once there & I'm into it,I'm SO glad I did! I slacked off some a couple of days this week in the Core Challenge because of letting myself get too busy with Keeper & that led to slacking off in my eating.However to RISE up against THIS challenge I did fairly well at keeping calories to their limits & the scale stood still for me! Better that than going up :) I felt it an ok swap in my walking since I was searching for a heart monitor that should increase the improvements I'm making in that area. Over all,I agree with YOU....it IS an accomplishement! Thanks for the Pat on the Back :)
