G'morning, my fellow A team mates! First of the month check in here... 15 months on program since April 1, 2010. -109 lbs gone! I'm in my early 40's, never too late!! Was in 44/46 W now 34/36.. was wearing 4 and 5 xlt..now L and XL! Rock on to the Atkins beat, my peeps!
Working at it... lowest weight so far. :) I'll take it.
My middle son is now eating on program and down 25 lbs. Nice to see!
Getting a two day weekend.. first time since Christmas I think.. so many people don't realize what a luxury two days off in a row is.
