Im back to drinking diet cokes occaisionally...but find since I am that i am not craving the sweets as bad. Although this week has not really been a good week, I have received fudge and cinnamon rolls as Christmas gifts...fudge is my downfall. I suspect I would have lot more weight were it not for the holiday treats. I am looking forward to after Christmas. I am thinking about running an ad in the paper for a walking partner/buddy. I don't like the gym and don't really like walking alone, and trying to get a brisk walk with my dog is impossible. We shall see.
