it looks like my first goal of the year might just happen, I was hoping to be 75kgs by my birthday 15 Feb, let's see how it all plays out! I'm happy with progress so far

You've lost nearly 20kg!!! Amazing. Enjoy the rest of the journey, you've clearly got it figured out. Hope you take a day off dieting on your birthday and treat yourself.

Thank you everyone @ sunshineeveryday yes I certainly will try let my hair down on my birthday and try not to worry about weight loss issues just for that day! I'm so amazed at the results so far . I've joined gym today I can't wait to see what's next.
