Well, have been sick with a bad cold which made eating difficult and getting out to grocery shop even more difficult. Will tackle that tomorrow, I think. Happy to finally drop below 225. I have been eating too much sugar but otherwise avoided Christmas overindulgence...easy to do as I spent it home alone with my doggies, sick. Thanks to a kind neighbour for bringing me a Christmas dinner doggy bag so I had food for three days. :-) Hope all my FS buddies are enjoying the season.

hope you feel better. Awwww, so miserable to be sick over Christmas, so sorry. Had the flu one Christmas many years ago it was not fun.
