Time to face the music... I put on 4 pounds...I have been stress eating but not uncontrollably. I have a health concern and the doctor cannot see me for almost a month. It is on my mind and although not an emergency, it is affecting my mood and clarity of thought. I am aware and have allowed the extra food as comfort. I know I should not get into this habit. On the bright side, I only have 2 more weeks to wait, and I will have answers as to what needs to be done. I am thankful for my good health and good attitude and my wonderful family and the good life that I have. I have also put working out on the back burner...Not anymore. I know how good it makes me feel and how quickly my body responds! Have a good day and happy New year to all of us!
