I started snacking and packed on just over 20 lbs. I got back on the wagon and have lost almost 8 lbs in the last two weeks Egg Fasting and eating Carnivore. I am more determined than ever to reach my goal weight. I am proud to say as of this morning my scales says I am no longer technically obese at 31.6% body fat. I might never reach my goal weight of 125 lbs, as I am a big boned girl, but I am still determined to fit into a size 8.
