I'm really concentrating on drinking water today and limiting my intake of bad carbs. I was so pleased with myself last night. My husband and son both had ice cream last night. Somehow, I was able to manage getting by on s/f jello with coolwhip. I am an ICE CREAM LOVER...so am surprised at myself for passing.

Good job sometimes i can't help it but my ice cream shop has no sugar fat free and i only get a kid serveing, or i have to trick my self into the jello with is hard cause i to iam a ice cream lover. luck for me my boyfriend is not so much so he tries to keep me on the straight and narrow but if i push he gives in(sucker)lol
