Another loss Heather you are doing well 

Thank u, I no its not for everyone but iv been doing the fasting 5pm till 9am don't go mad during the day when I can have food n doing my hoop xx 

I just had 2 poached, 2 brown toast n beans for my b/fast, then a proper meal for dinner, n a skinny whip n pkt of quavers as a treat just before 5, so not really counting just keeping it healthier, fruit tea when fasting xx 

Hi Heatherboardman, I was born in Stockton-on-Tees and lived in Hartlepool also as a baby I lived in Ingleby Arncliffe in Northumberland, do you know it. My house used to be a Monks Monastery converted into cottages my Father bought two and left one for the old couple who lived next door..It was called Monks house, built in 11th century.
