I started moving more. Big win - because I actually STARTED! I have no problem walking 30 min. - and I do hills and steps too, no problem. Of course I have a walking buddy who keeps me going. But April 1st - I started a program to get me up out of my chair (sitting in front of computer). It's called Svelte. I love it because it has a beginner level, and takes only about 10 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. I actually checked out the advanced program, and I can do the intermediated level too. I'll probably do both. Happy to finally find a program that is mainly for women who need to just get started without feeling like we went to the gym. No weights involved, just body weight, and that can also be modified if needed. Will be interesting to see just how this affects my weight. It also includes how to eat to lose weight. It was really reasonable and doable, and most of what I already do. Win-Win!
