You’ve actually lost 1,8 kilos since starting 5 days ago, so I wouldn’t be to worried if I were you. It’s actually recommended to lose 0,5 kilos in a week, for your body to keep track. Sometimes if you loose more weight it can also be water weight instead of fat, but that’s okay. Just keep track of what you’re eating, if you’re not over eating AND not eating to little, you will lose the weight. Weight loss is never a straight line, and shouldn’t be going to fast ether. If you want to be sure you’re not over eating, you can try calculating your BMR and AMR. You should not eat below your BMR, and not above your AMR. Good luck 🤗
