Bit of a surprise, considering how little I’ve been doing because of 5is cold, but I’ll take it! I did well on the 5K last Saturday, said I wouldn’t push myself LOL. Ended up running most of the 1st mile & took about 30 seconds off my time. Obviously it was some slow running, but pacing is important. I feel good & confident that I can start running again, I think I’m going to try & run a 5k every week, just on my own. This weekend is my daughter & granddaughters combined party, so no running this Saturday. As for diet, well, still working on that. Still very hit & miss with the tracking, too. Well, time for breakfast, have a great hump day everyone!🤗
