my first little milestone achieved - well only just - but I will take the win, finally broken into the 80's and I feel so good. it's been 18 days since I started tracking my food and my weight and I have lost 4.1kgs since, my calorie allowance is 1500 however I usually eat between 900 - 1200 calories a day depending on what the days look like energy wise. feeling optimistic about my weight loss, my goal is 75kg, which is still a long way to go, but I feel I am making a steady and sustainable progress to get there. my partner has been doing pretty much the same diet as me, while he started monitoring his diet and weight a week prior, combined we have lost over 12kgs! I am so proud of us!
