Yeah! Scale is going down and clothes are feeling loose around my waist. My feet aren't cold at night anymore, no need to wear socks! I can also see my ankles again, swelling has gone down in my face, hands, and legs. Dr. P has suggested I increase my lean protein with whey or egg white powder. I hope I can find something suitable locally! I didn't realize there are so many choices! So blessed my teen daughters are supporting me on my health journey by trying new recipes and taking walks with me too.
