I'll take it. I actually don't expect it to stay that low. I'll likely fluctuate up tomorrow.

I'm quite pleased though. The muffin-top is gone from my 34" jeans. I was wearing 38"s last time at this weight, so something has definitely changed. Calipers say 18% bf today.

Fun morning. 1 1/2 hours shoveling off the roof. Heavy snowfall warning in effect for the weekend. Next week... rain? We're close enough to the coast that we can get real fluctuations in weather systems. Sometimes coastal, sometimes those rude Americans send down an Alaskan front. ;) Hey! You guys always blame us for the 'Canadian fronts'.
