Not sure why the weight increase, I did splurge some this weekend. Started the 17 Day Diet today. Hope to see good results. I'm going home in 3 weeks and hope to be down about 10 lbs. Figure I can follow anything for 17 days and each cycle is only that long. Plus, it's not that far off my regular diet anyway, so it won't be a bit adjustment.
