I'm really chuffed with how much weight is coming off. Especially since I've been big all my life. I'm sticking to a calorie deficit and eating good food. About 2500 a day. yoghurt, blueberries, peanut butter and a small amount of granola for breakfast Smoked Salmon sandwich for lunch - 300/400 calories. Most of my calories at dinner. Exercising 3-4 times a week.
