Doing low carb now (shooting for under 20 carbs daily). Was Doing whole food plant based (wfpb) diet for over a year and losing weight really good, but major intestinal issues (don't know how I lasted that long because of the issues). I really enjoyed the potatoes 😀. Started low carb almost 2 months ago, but realized I was having too many carbs, so started really watching it this week. My weight was going up a bit and this week starting to go back down. WooHoo, so back on track! I looked at a weight chart and saw that I should weight around 150 ( actually said 126 t0 154). I'm 5'8" and I'll be 75 in August. I weighed 167 this morning. So will see how it goes.
