Just shy of 7kg weight loss in 5 weeks I'm pretty pleased with that result. Actually really proud. I am so motivated to loose the 12.1kg to get to my goal weight and this week my partner and I enquired about joining a boxing gym close by our house which we are planning to try a class when we are back from our holiday in Spain! On that note I have been pretty strict this week trying to make progress because while I will be cautious on holiday I am also not likely going to have my scales to measure the food, and I may indulge here and there we are on holiday after all! We leave Wednesday morning and I am hopeful I can get down to 86.5 before then.

Your doing great! The key to exercise is to find something that you enjoy and, very importantly, that is convenient. Sounds like the boxing gym fits the bill. An added bonus if you can train together.
