BS 122 Back down today. life up north is so much different than in Florida. it's only 47 out today and I just can't get out to walk. My body is aching 😩 and I am having a hard time with eating junk. Plus I don't have my walking partner here to inspire me. I need to go to the gym and get in the water for Water Aerobics. Wednesday!!!!
