Feb. 6 Dodge Superbowl Ad Post - Follow Up TWO - "There are miracles all around you."...Yes, dear friends, that is true in every area of life. And surely that is true here on Fat Secret. MOST of us on this site have several other physical "issues" to deal with besides being overweight. I wont take time to list them, we all know what they are because either we live with them and/or our buddies are attempting to deal with them. But my point today is two-fold...1. The way our bodies are created is a MIRACLE (For those of you who respect and study the Old Testament, I refer you to Psalm 139)We truly are "fearfully and wonderfully made." 2. Every pound that is lost because persons intentionally have a desire to trend toward better health contributes to our overall well being. And taking the time and effort to become more healthy is also a miracle.Especially when (as in my own case)folks have abused their bodies for 30 years or more...and yet when we begin to take those "baby steps" toward better health, our bodies begin to respond (Although at times much slower than we would like.)So be a part of your own miracle today...Be part of your own success story..AND take a minute or two to affirm some buddies (or maybe folks you had not seen post before.) As we make healthy choices, today all of us are writing "miracle" stories....Surely..."there are miracles all around us."
