I have been slacking off on my steps...only about 5000 steps the last couple of days. No gym visits since last Friday, either! My gym partner 's neck is tweaked, which translated to my excuse for not going, too. Did get a 5 mile hike in last Sunday, so the 'year of hiking' is still happening (at least weekend #2). :) Well, I'm dressed for the gym, so should get myself in there!
