Great Job!......and as ClassicRocker said "1/2 lb. Isn't it amazing?" What exactly is a 1/2? I use this number all the time for team, employee, and two teenage daughters motivation. If we increase productivity and customer acceptance 0.5% a week, in a year, we have improved 25%. And with daughter's, would that be great to start the year with a 75% and end up with a 100%? I am a realist, and always set goals, work, or personal, whatever, to be achievable.
