struggling to lose after putting on in the winter. went away for a week and didn't worry about what I ate and drunk. going away again in middle of August so need to get my head in the right space again now. so hard as my mother's estate is still ongoing 16 months after losing her and the stress keeps building. I know i can do it but so hard to focus at the moment. sorry for the rant everyone!
