I wish it was. That was the number I saw this morning at about 4 am after "going potty" I'm not going to get discouraged though. Just starting back up and I know it takes time so.. Positive Minds yield positive outcomes. Turning my self loathing into self motivation thanks to all you guys, y'all are my rock right now bc I don't feel so alone anymore in this struggle.
